Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed in connection with the AUVYNT website at its current pre-launch stage. The controller and legal basis are German / European.

2. General information

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and to handle requests. AUVYNT currently uses no analytics or marketing services and no tracking technologies.

3. Legal bases

Depending on the context, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at the user’s request), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing, securing and stabilising the website) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), where consent is obtained.

4. Hosting

The website is operated with a hosting provider. On every request, technically necessary data transmitted by the browser is processed.

5. Hostinger

Hostinger is used as the hosting provider. Hostinger may operate through different legal entities depending on the contract; the specific entity will be added once determined. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place or is being concluded with the provider. Hostinger may also act as an email and infrastructure provider for contact@auvynt.com.

6. Server log files

As part of hosting, the following may be processed: IP address, date and time of access, requested URL or resource, transmitted referrer, browser type, operating-system information, HTTP status code, and technical error and security data. Purposes are provision of the website, security, stability, error diagnosis and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is processed only for as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.

7. Early Access form

When you use the Early Access form we process the email address you provide, the selected language and the time of the request. Technically necessary network data may be processed briefly to protect the form. Purposes are handling the Early Access request and notifying you when Early Access opens (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The request is delivered as an internal email to contact@auvynt.com. There is no disclosure to advertising networks, no profiling and no automated decision-making. No IP address is included in the internal email.

8. Email communication

If you contact us by email, your details are processed to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

9. Abuse protection

To protect the Early Access form we use data-minimising measures: a field hidden from humans (honeypot), server-side validation and a short-term limit on request frequency. Where an IP address is required for this, it is processed only briefly and in hashed form in memory and is not stored permanently. No third-party captcha or comparable external service is used.

10. Cookies and local storage

AUVYNT uses only strictly necessary storage technologies:

• NEXT_LOCALE — cookie storing the selected language (EN/DE). Lifetime up to 12 months.
• auvynt_consent — local-storage entry holding your privacy setting (version 1.0). Contains no email address, no IP address and no other personal data.

No analytics or marketing cookies are set as long as no such services are active.

11. Language preference

The language you choose is stored in the NEXT_LOCALE cookie so the site is shown in the desired language. On the first visit, the language set in your browser may be taken into account.

12. Consent settings

Your privacy setting is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to a server. You can reopen and change it at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.

13. External links / social media

AUVYNT links to the following external platforms: X and Instagram. No social plugins, feeds or embeds are included. Simply visiting the AUVYNT website does not contact these platforms. Only when you actively click such a link do you leave AUVYNT; the respective provider’s privacy terms then apply.

14. Fonts

Fonts are served locally / self-hosted. No connection is made to external font CDNs such as Google Fonts.

15. Recipients / processors

Recipients of personal data are the hosting and infrastructure provider (Hostinger) and, where applicable, the email service operated through the same provider. There is no transfer to advertising or analytics services.

16. International data transfers

Processing outside the European Economic Area is not intended. Should a processor process data outside the EEA, this only takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses.

17. Storage period

Data from Early Access requests is deleted once it is no longer required to handle the request and related communication, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Technical log and security data is processed only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes.

18. Rights of data subjects

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). Please address requests to contact@auvynt.com.

19. Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.

20. Right to object

Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.

21. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence or the place of the alleged infringement.

22. SSL/TLS encryption

The website is delivered over an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS).

23. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy will be updated as the scope of functionality, services used or legal framework change. The version published on this page applies.
