These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the public AUVYNT website at its current pre-launch stage. The provider is based in Germany; German law applies.

These terms apply to the public AUVYNT website, the Early Access sign-up and the pre-launch presentation. They do not yet apply to paid subscriptions as long as none are offered.

3. Subject matter
AUVYNT is being developed as a crypto market intelligence platform. Planned or presented features may include: Market Scanner, Derivatives Intelligence, Market Structure, Liquidity Intelligence, Volume Intelligence, the AUVYNT Indicator, AI Intelligence, Alerts, News and an API. Features not yet released are marked “Coming Soon”, “In Development” or “Preview”.
4. Early Access
Signing up for Early Access:

- does not create a claim to admission,
- does not create a claim to a specific launch date,
- does not create a claim to specific features,
- does not create a claim to later free use,
- does not create a claim to a specific price.
5. Displayed market data
Market data shown on the landing page may be illustrative / demo data. It serves solely to present the product concept and is not live market data.
6. No investment advice
AUVYNT provides market data, analysis tools, market information, research support and technical visualisations. AUVYNT does not provide individual investment, financial, trading, tax or legal advice.
7. No performance guarantee
There is no guarantee of profits, losses, hit rates, price targets, signals, future market developments, completeness or accuracy of data, or permanent availability.
8. User responsibility
Trading and investment decisions are made by users on their own responsibility. AUVYNT provides decision-support information but does not replace the individual decision.
9. Availability
Uninterrupted availability is not warranted. Maintenance, errors, third-party issues, data interruptions and technical outages may occur.
10. Intellectual property
The AUVYNT brand presence, the operator’s own software, its own visualisations, texts, UI components and own content may not be copied or exploited commercially without appropriate authorisation, to the extent statutory protection exists. No rights are claimed in third-party market data or third-party content.
11. External links
External platforms may be linked, currently in particular X and Instagram, and possibly further services later. The respective provider’s terms apply to external services.
12. Partner and affiliate links
If affiliate links are used in the future, they will be clearly marked. Commercial partnerships never influence scanner ranking, market state, AI Intelligence, asset ranking, analysis or research.
13. Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In the case of ordinary negligence, the provider is liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act and under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected. Otherwise liability is excluded.
14. Future paid products
Separate or updated contractual terms will be provided before paid subscriptions are introduced. Prices, contract terms, notice periods, refund and payment conditions will only become binding at that point.
15. Changes
These terms may be adjusted if the scope of functionality or the legal framework changes. The version published on this page applies.
16. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the user has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
